List of Bed and Breakfast accommodations
The first nine B & Bs are closest to the Old Observatory (within 30-minutes'
walk).
All are centrally located and with good connections by bus and underground.
The descriptions are those provided by the Bed
and Breakfast Center.
No. 205. Tegnérgatan (minimum of 2 nights).
Underground station: T-Centralen.
A small pleasant apartment with one room plus kitchen. Living room with
sleeping alcove containing a bed, 120 cm wide, of good quality. Two sofas,
one of which can be used as a single bed of simpler quality, 140 cm wide.
Fully equipped kitchen for three persons. Private, older type bathroom
with old-fashioned tub with lions' feet.
Bed-making and breakfast not provided, but breakfast may be made by guests
in the kitchen.
Prices: 1 person: 550 SEK/night.
2 persons: 600 SEK/night.
3 persons: 800 SEK/night (rather crowded).
No. 215. Sveavägen (minimum 2 nights).
Underground station: Rådmansgatan or Odenplan.
A pleasant, light apartment with 1½ rooms plus kitchen.
One small bedroom with good quality bed, 1 x 90 cm.
Living room with sofa-bed 140 x 200 cm, which can be used as a bed of
simpler quality, cable-TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Private shower and
toilet.
No smoking.
Bed-making and breakfast not provided, but breakfast may be made by guests
in the kitchen.
Prices: 1-2 persons: 650 SEK/night
3 persons: 950 SEK/night
No. 18. Rörstrandsgatan.
Underground station: St Eriksplan.
Two pleasant, light single rooms (or one double room) in a attractive
house from the turn of the century in a quiet area. The rooms are well
situated, separated from the rest of the apartment where the host family
lives. Two beds, each 90cm wide, of good quality (DUX). An extra bed of
simpler quality can be provided if needed. Shower and toilet is shared
with the host family.
"Continental breakfast" can be provided at a price of 35 SEK/day, if the
host family is notified one day in advance.
Prices (excluding breakfast): 1 person: 350 SEK/night
2 persons: 500 SEK/night (double room alternative)

No. 98. Torsgatan.
Underground station: St Eriksplan.
A pleasant double room in a lovely old building from the turn of the century.
Quiet room facing the large inner court. The room has 2 beds of good quality,
each 90 cm wide. Shower and toilet is shared with the host family.
"Continental breakfast" can be provided at a price of 35 SEK/day, if the
host family is notified one day in advance.
Prices (excluding breakfast): 1 person: 350 SEK/night.
2 persons: 500 SEK/night.
No. 59. Norrtullsgatan. (at least one of the guests must be female).
Underground station: Odenplan.
A light and pleasant double room with 2 beds of good quality, each 90
cm wide. Quite room facing large inner court. Shower and toilet is shared
with the host family. Suitable for a handicapped person.
"Continental breakfast" can be provided at a price of 35 SEK/day, if the
host family is notified one day in advance.
Prices (excluding breakfast): 1 person: 350 SEK/night.
2 persons: 500 SEK/night.
3 persons: 650 SEK/night (1 person in a simpler extra bed).
No. 108. Norrbackagatan (minimum 3 nights).
Underground station: St Eriksplan (about 10 minutes walk).
A pretty and pleasant apartment with two rooms and kitchen. One double
bedroom with 160 cm-wide bed of good quality. A simpler extra bed can
be brought in if needed. Living room and completely equipped kitchen with
eating area. TV. Private shower and toilet.
Bed-making and breakfast not provided, but breakfast may be made by guests
in the kitchen.
Please note that a guinea-pig lives in the apartment when it is not rented
(information for the sake of those with allergies).

No. 161. Hagagatan (minimum 2 nights)
Underground station: Odenplan.
Simple apartment in a quiet area with living room, bedroom and fully equipped
kitchen with eating place for two persons. Bedroom has 2 beds of good
quality, each 90 cm wide. TV. Private shower and toilet. Please note that
the apartment is on the fourth floor in a building without lift.
Smoking permitted.
Bed-making and breakfast not provided, but breakfast may be made by the
guests in the kitchen.
Prices: 1 person: 500 SEK/night.
2 persons: 600 SEK/night.
No. 96. Dalagatan (minimum 2 nights).
An attractive, tastefully furnished apartment with two rooms plus kitchen.
One bedroom with double bed of very good quality, 180 cm wide. Completely
equipped kitchen. Charming living room with TV and fireplace. Private
bath and toilet. Balcony.
Smoking permitted. Not suitable for children.
Bed-making and breakfast not provided, but breakfast may be made by guests
in the kitchen.
Price: 1-2 persons: 750 SEK/night.
No. 49. Vanadisplan (minimum 2 nights).
Underground station: St Eriksplan.
Room of 25 sq.m. with separate entrance. One bed of good quality, 90 cm
wide, and a very good sofa bed, 120 cm wide. Private shower and toilet.
Attractive and well-planned with TV, eating place for two persons, completely
equipped pantry-kitchen. Pleasant view.
No smoking.
Bed-making and breakfast not provided, but breakfast may be made by the
guests in the kitchen.
Prices: 1 person: 500 SEK/night
2 persons: 600 SEK/night.
3 persons: 800 SEK/night (2 persons sharing the 120 cm wide sofa bed).

No. 85. Valhallavägen
Underground stations: Karlaplan or Stadion.
A newly redecorated double room and a smaller single room. Double bed
160 cm wide or single bed 90 cm, wide, both of good quality. Private shower
and toilet. The rooms are simple but comfortable.
"Continental breakfast" can be provided at a price of 35 SEK/day if the
host family is notified one day in advance.
No smoking.
Please note that the host family has a cat.
Prices (excluding breakfast): 1 person: 350 SEK/night (in the double room).
1 person: 300 SEK/night (in the single room).
2 persons: 450 SEK/night (in the double room).
An extra charge of 50 SEK per room will be charged for guests staying
only one night.

A large, bright double room with 2 beds of good quality, each 90 cm wide.

rooms with 2 beds of good quality, 90 cm wide. One room has a small balcony.

host family is notified one day in advance.
Please note that the rooms are on the fourth floor of a building without
lift. Also the host family has a cat.

Apartment with two room plus kitchen. Bedroom with 120 cm wide bed of
good quality. Sofa-bed in the living room can also be used as a single
bed. There are two more extra, simpler beds which can be used if required.

A very nice, completely redecorated apartment with two rooms plus completely
equipped kitchen. The bedroom has two beds of good quality, each 90 cm
wide. The living room has a 140 cm-wide sofa-bed, TV, fireplace, etc.
Private shower and toilet.
No smoking.

in the kitchen.
